Issue in Change log -Reusing the Change History UI

Hello All,

I have created the change log by using the standard BOPF object /BOFU/CHANGE_DOCUMENT.  I have created the FPM OVP Application and used the  reuse  Webdynpro component /BOFU?CHANGE_DOC_TAB_2. I am getting the List table .But in the LIst table two columns 'NEW VALUE' and   

' OLDVALUE'  are missing . These two filed should show up after column Field Name and  before Changed by.

Can anybody help me in solving the issue?

Note:- I had implemented the same thing in our  sandbox and I am getting the missing fileds in my sand box. I had compared my both systems and both are in same version.
